Phou Bia Mountain to be developed as new tourism site

Xaysomboun province was preparing an agreement for tourism facilities on Phou Bia in Phou Hua Xang village, Anouvong district, after the feasibility study was finished in 2020. Khamphay Sana Group expected to invest over US$47 million in hiking trails, a zipline, a cable car, homestays and a five-star hotel, along with conservation work.
