Vientiane's Planning and Investment Department granted Khamphaysana Construction Group a 500-hectare land concession at Elay, Naxaithong district, for a farm project raising livestock and organic vegetables for Vientiane and for export. The agreement was signed at the Lane Xang Hotel by Mr Khamphay Somxana for the company.
