Khamphay Sana and Hytera to collaborate on Lao vehicle registration system

The government authorized Khamphay Sana Group and Hytera to study an integrated vehicle registration and transport management system. The MOU was signed in Vientiane with the planning and investment, public works and transport, and public security ministries. A separate agreement covers upgrading CCTV and UPS networks at the capital's service centers.
