Khamphay Sana Group signs MOU to study Don Lin island tourism development, Bolikhamxay

On 26 April 2016 Bolikhamxay's Planning and Investment Department and Khamphay Sana Construction Group signed an MOU to study developing Don Lin island, Phonxay village, Pakxan district, into a tourism destination with an artificial beach, hotel, resort and restaurants. The study was to take one year, fully funded by the company.
